The paperwork system is based in MS Word and MS Excel and was developed by Ray Fisher.

Master Train Schedule All trains are NOT run every session.  Also available as a .PDF file.

Dispatcher's Train Sheet Also available as a .PDF file.

Dispatcher's Linear Schematic PRR Linear Schematic of railroad with lengths of sidings.  This gets connected into a long diagram.

Passenger Train Timetable Reading and Western Maryland passenger trains run on a public timetable.  Also available as a .pdf file.

Crew Info Cards These are the instructions for the engineer on what the train does.  Also available as a .pdf file.

Steam Locomotive  Cards Each locomotive has a card which states the capabilities of the locomotive.  Also available as a .pdf file.

Car Cards Each car has a card card which holds the waybill.  Also available as a .pdf file.

Waybills Each car has a waybill, with where the car is to be routed.  Also available as a .pdf file.

Balt WM Car Card Boxes These are the car card boxes at Baltimore WM Yard. Note that they are color coded for destinations.

Rutherford Car Card Boxes These are the car card boxes at Rutherford Yard. Note the sorting tray and color coded waybills.

Local Car Card Boxes Here is the Harrisburg car card boxes, sorting tray, and the answer to "what are those black boxes on the fascia".  They are cup holders.  Note 2 uncoupling picks are provided.
